Embroiderer

Embroiderer: Suzhou embroidery is one of the four most famous embroideries in China along with Hunan embroidery, Shu embroidery and Guangdong embroidery, and is a colorful and gorgeous part of Wu culture. Embroidery is the most numerous and oldest traditional industry in the history of Suzhou, and the Wuzhong area is not only the birthplace of Suzhou embroidery, but also the largest production base. Mudu Zhenhu has always been known as the hometown of Suzhou embroidery, and has produced a large number of contemporary embroiderers and works of embroidery that are well-known both at home and abroad. The opening of the Yao Jianping Embroidery Art Museum at the end of March 2004 has further enhanced the social recognition of the embroiderers, and the art of Suzhou embroidery has even more successors.
