Song Niang
Song Niang: Wunong is the local dialect of Suzhou, which has given rise to a variety of Wu operas, of which Wu Song is one, and it is a treasure of Chinese folk art. In history, long narrative Wu songs such as "Shen Qi Ge" and "Five Girls" have been unearthed, vividly reflecting the life style of the Jiangnan water towns, which is a colorful picture scroll in Wu culture. The Song Maiden is a folk singer who has passed down the Wu Songs to the present day, and has made significant contributions to the study and preservation of the Wu Songs.
